Waters Corp DeltaPak C18 Radial-Pak Column, 100Å, 15 µm, 8 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk
Delta-Pak packings, ideal for the separation of peptides, proteins, and natural products, are based on a highly stable, bonded, endcapped 5µm or 15µm spherical silica. Delta-Pak is available in two different pore sizes (100Å and 300Å) with either C4 or C18 bonded phase. Delta-Pak packings are available in different cartridge and column configurations, providing consistent and predictable scale-up capabilities for milligram-to-gram scale purification. Also, by having the same chemistry available on a high-efficiency 5µm particle, you can easily check the purity of your fractions.
Waters Corp Nova-Pak C8 Sentry Guard Cartridge, 60Å, 4 µm, 3.9 mm X 20 mm, 2/pk
Nova-Pak C8 columns are general purpose, silica-based, reversed-phase C8 columns that are based on 4 µm particle technology. Compared to a 5 µm column, Nova-Pak columns offer higher resolution, more efficient separations, and faster chromatography.

The non-encapped Resolve C18 column offers significantly different selectivity compared to similar HPLC packings like Nova-Pak and µBondapak. The change in chromatographic behavior is most commonly noticed with polar compounds, which are typically more retained.
